Latest

Welcome back everybody. Hope you enjoyed the break…

This sure hasnt been on the top of my To Do list lately. I think it says the last time I updated this was January 13th. And that was to just post a video.

I dont want to overwhelm anybody so I will just post a video again.

This is a short commercial that I shot recently for Terra Nova. Check it out!

Its been so long

Its been so long since ive updated by blog. Mainly because ive been busy, but partly because I didnt think anyone was actually looking at it.

But yesterday I looked posts from months and years ago. I realized its a good way to document what im doing and maybe see a progression in me.

so im going to try to update this more. no promised because i will end up breaking it. but i will try.

Ill upload photos mostly. Because those are quick to view. I know you dont want to read long paragraphs on what i have to say.

Day One – Spark

This week my spark was to take a picture and post it everyday. So here is my first entry. Feel free to comment. or UnRSS me. whichever.

Here is my first entry for Photo of the Day this week. I know what you are saying.. this isnt a photo.. its a frame of video. But what is video. just a bunch of pictures taken really fast. So I guess I did more than I said I was gonna do. This is a frame grab from a project that I shot today for Kurtis Mast. He is an actor and spoken word artist in Los Angeles. This video is a visual representation of his piece entitled “Dear Destruction.” Look for the video to come out very soon!

Photos can also be viewed on my Facebook page

far too long since a proper update

Here are some photos from a fun photo shoot I had with Kurtis Mast over a month ago. We wanted to utilize the lights from the city in the background but the thick haze that night caused the background to be darker than I had planned.

Ryan Guzdzial helped with the shoot and provided his alien bees for illumination. It was a fun and casual shoot. Maybe this could be considered the first official shoot for The Motion Canvas (website coming soon).

Stay tuned for more updates. I will try to post more.

Love.

The Cutest Little Kid in the World

I recently had the opportunity to take pictures of Jordan Brown, the offspring of Joey Brown. You may know him from his work in Lost Woods, which will hopefully be out this summer.

Jordan is the cutest little kid in the world. All the while we were shooting, he kept yelling poopie and other words that encompass the word poop.

Anyway. here are some pics.
